RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DAMAGE AND LOST PACKAGES
RETURNS:
AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT, YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT.
DURING THIS PERIOD, YOU MAY VIEW, ASSESS, AND/OR TRY ON THE ITEM AS YOU WOULD IN A STORE. ONCE YOU HAVE INDICATED THAT YOU WISH TO MAKE USE OF THIS COOLING-OFF PERIOD, YOU MUST RETURN YOUR ORDER TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS WITH THE COMPLETED RETURN FORM ENCLOSED. IF YOU RETURN PART OF YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE SHIPPING COSTS OF THE OUTWARD JOURNEY. IF YOU RETURN A COMPLETE ORDER, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE SHIPPING COSTS. THE COSTS OF RETURNING THE ORDER ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BUT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CANCELLATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND TO YOUR ACCOUNT. IF YOU RETURN PART OF THE ORDER, YOU WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED FOR THAT PART.
EXCHANGES:
IF, FOR EXAMPLE, THE ITEM DOES NOT FIT, IT CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR THE CORRECT SIZE. ALWAYS CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST TO EXCHANGE ITEMS.
DAMAGE:
IF THE ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
